What we promise you

A job hunt run for you only works if you can trust what goes out in your name. These rules are built into the tools our team uses, not just written down.

  • Your resume stays true

    We change wording and emphasis, never your dates, your employers, your education or your years of experience. The system blocks those edits even if someone tries.

  • No skill you don't have

    A technology that is not in your resume, or that you have not confirmed with us, is never added. A missing must-have is shown as a gap, not papered over.

  • A person reads everything before it goes

    Every application and every email is prepared as a draft and reviewed by someone on our team. Nothing is sent by a machine on its own.
